Gyokuro is indeed powerful, but Akua didn't learn the Jigen-Tou from her, during Akua's and Akasha's fight, she told Akasha that she has studied Jigen-Tou all so that she could steal her Shinso blood, and i doubt Touhou would have teached Gyokuro considering shes a villian.
And about Issa, i bet Gyokuro did cast him aside because he supported Akasha and Moka, which would anger Gyokuro and took head of the Shuzen family herself, but i do agree with you that if Issa is dead than it would definitely be a dick move on Ikeda's part, so since he is no longer the head of the Shuzen family, than i'm going to go ahead and assume that he is a good guy, just waiting for the time to step out of the shadows and make his own move.
Yes, Akua learned it for that purpose, but who do you think put her up to it? By that I mean, who do you think revealed to her that she's a descendant of Alucard and that she ought to get her vengeance on Akasha and take the blood that should belong to her? Gyokuro wants Alucard's awakening, and sending Akua would do the trick if she could get either Akasha or Moka to use their powers, and that's why there's a good chance Gyokuro would teach her what is neccessary to cause them to do that. And as much of a genius in combat as she is, I doubt she would've learned a technique she identifies as Fuhai-sensei's rather than her own all by herself, for that would mean she would've had to re-invent it completely, and someone her age couldn't possibly have done that at the time. Like I said, Gyokruo's the only feasible person I would think Akua could've learned the Jigen-tou from. She may be a villain now, but there's no telling how long she could've lived, but I doubt she's younger than 50 or even 100, so it's highly possible that long before the series even started, Gyokuro wasn't as villanous as she is now, and quite possible he could've taught her the Jigen-tou.
So a whole month has passed? Wow, but now they're prepared for war. Though I don't see Gin or Haiji amongst them, they're gonna need all the help they can get, they're fighting their way through a castle full of vampires after all.
And wow, she threw that huge pillar with one arm? Definitely not the dainty little flower she appears to be, she's undoubtedly an elder vampire. I hope Tsukune doesn't have to fight her one-on-one, or it's gonna be a really bad day for him. Though I'm quite sure he'll have to deal with Akuha first, and possibly Kahlua.
And what Hokuto said, "My diminishing time is running out." Does that mean he's dying? That would definitely explain the wheelchair, if it's not a ruse. It would also explain why he seeks the Shinso blood, as a possible means to save his life. But even if he obtains it, then what? Will he finish what he started back at the academy? I guess we'll find out soon enough. Until then...

Spoiler for 43:
I have speculated that Gyokuro was responsible for the incident with Alucard seven years earlier and that she was using Akua to do it, but i'm not exactly sure at this point, but as for Gyokuro, the only way to find out that she can use Jigen-Tou is if she really uses the technique, but i still don't believe that she knows the technique or that Akua learned it from her, but if Gyokuro does use it than we will know, but it will only be speculations until that time comes, there isn't also very much evidence to prove it either.

You're right that it is speculation, but to me, it makes more sense than Akua just learning it on her own with no one to actually teach her, especially when she learned it at such a young age.
I wonder at this point, they have to fight, (I mean people strong
), before getting the fight with Gyokuro ..
Only Akua..?
or Guokuro has someone else under the command..and she didn't show us ..
I hope Akua, once defeated, will join in the group Tsukune
I wonder if Hokuto and Kiria Make a move before or after, Tsukune save Moka..or even during the fight against Gyokuro
still it kinda looks like moka sits in that seal [that will mostly remove rosary so inner moka will wake up along with her blood... which will awaken allucard] kinda calmly kinda like from her own will....
so did moka got brainwashed for this month by akua... with the whole alucard = your mother bullcrap.... so in order to be together with mother moka wants to wake it up.... hard to tell.... maybe after that month she lost hope and does what she is told by akua
still I wonder how will moka react to remember whar really happened in past.... like it was all akuas selfishness fault... that akasha had to sacrafice herself for mokas sake (like if akua did not slice akasha in half and moka did not see this she wouldnt awaken and the same wake up alucard)
not mention that akua does it again... her selfishness and she doesnt understand akashas last words..... akasha gave her life to seal alucard... yet akua wants to wake it up anyways... and she dares to say that she does akashas wish >___< and she doesnt understand what akasha told about the "fated person" that will take down the rosary...... she thinks its herself and that she can take it off with some technique... while tsukune can take it off with just a slight pull.....
I guess is that akua will enter a rage if she sees that tsukune is the fated person to be together with moka and not herself... and will try to kill tsukune.... so mostly another akua vs moka but this time akua will lose
yet still I seriosuly wonder what is moka doing... not resisting the ritual... she must know that alucard wants to destroy mankind... so tsukune...his family... her friends and everyone else.... so does she think that becouse alucard absorbed her mother he will be all cute and good >___<
still there is a possibility that moka was threatened that if she doesnt comply her friends and tsukune will be killed... or was put into hypnosis.... kinda dont want to see her aggreeing to do this ritual all on herself... it would be like she betrayed everyone...
why is moka sitting in front of that beast and tsukune got really freaking strong and tsukune u the man now!
Spoiler for 43:
A one month timeskip, during which Tsukune has most likely underwent pretty serious training in using youjutsu techniques. Well, Tsukune's physical changes are also the results of his training sessions with Tohou Fuhai.
As for Moka sitting in front of Alucard, well this is most likely the place where Moka is kept hostage - at least that's what I think, it's hard to say what has actually happened to her during this entire month.
Well, whatever Fairy Tale is planing to do with Moka, I'm quite sure that Tsukune is going to be successful in stopping them in time.

Spoiler for ...:
my guess is that alucard will awaken... but no one will be able to control it... maybe alucard will kill Kaluhas mother... the current head of fairy tail...
than tsukune in his vamp/ghoul mode + inner moka + everyone else will fight alucard... but it would be interesting if tsukune lets himself be swallowed by alucard....only for later to break free from alucards insides along with Akasha on his arms ^^
so the whole family will fight alucard :P tsukune.akasha.moka.akua.kaluha.kokoa...and maybe later even issa if he lives XD
anywya hope that moka did not agree for this ritual all on herself... maybe she will tell that it was what mother wanted (akuas bullcrap)... but tsukune will reveal what really happened... and point that akua lied....

Spoiler for Moka:
If you look down on the ground closely where Moka is sitting there is a seal, most likely it's being used to keep Moka in place for the resurrection ceremony for Alucard or it's a seal to force Moka's Shinso power to be released.

Spoiler for 43:
Personally, I doubt that Alucard is going to awaken, because of the simple reason that the protagonists aren't strong enough to deal with him.
After all, we are talking about a monster that even the Three Dark Lords weren't capable of defeating - the only thing that they where capable of doing is seal him using Akasha's blood, and I don't think that a combination of Moka + Tsukune + Ruby + Yukari + Fong Fong + Akua + Kahula + Mizore + Hokuto is stronger then the three Dark Lords, which means that they probably wouldn't stand even a remote chance of defeating Alucard in actual combat

Spoiler for hmm....:
you remember 2chapters back... when tsukune went on rampage... he kicked some dark lord ass... and he was doing it on pure instinct... if he had control over it he could be very strong... there is a reason why the author bothered to draw that form... and add the alucard smell.... so alucard vs tsukune-mini-alucard.... tofui even mentioned that living tsukune alive in that form is WAY to dangerous and they need to kill him.... as for an old dark lord he knows what he is talking about....
but still everyone there has strong powers... even korumu was able to bypass dark lords barrier and pull tsukunes soul out when he was in that ghoul form by simply a kiss.... each has different powers that might help to defeat alucard... becouse its like in most mangas... power of bonds/friendship/loved ones..... alucard fights alone... tsukune and rest fight in teamwork.... akasha had to sacrafice herself becouse she was alone... the 2lords did not make it in time to help her...
well and we know what happens between moka and tsukune when each of them gets hurt ^^ impressive increase in power...... heh I wonder what will inner and outer moka do when she (them) see tsukune.... outer will cru from joy... but I wonder how the colder inner will react ^^
I know "Baku" means "Explosive", i also know that "Ryuujin" means "Dragon God" but after looking at the kanji for "Ryuujin" i misinterpreted the translation for "Ryuujin", thats why i was asking if anyone knew what it meant?
Very glad to see the mangaka's not wasting time. My biggest fear is that we'd get a drawn out training arc. A brief time skip definitely works much better.
Since Ikeda did skip over the Airship ride and the rest of Tsukune's training, than we might get a flashback in the future that tells on how and what they did to prepare for Moka's rescue.
Except this arc in it's totalness so far. I hope that there is some real ass kicking in this.
Spoiler:
However, I don't know what Moka would think about things when she sees Tsukune and them again. She might go and be all "Took you guys long enough." -Ura Moka, and "I thought I was abandoned here.... but you all come for me, I'm so glad." - Omote Moka. However, I don't think they brain washed her, maybe Akua has tried to convince Moka to go with it, and having a month to do that might make Moka hesitant at first to go with Tsukune, but I don't think she'd be doing the blank stare and saying things in a flat tone like "My place is here... where mother is......". That would be just too cliche, but to not out of the question to have that happen.
Though, in a way, I do see Tsukune facing off against a partially awakened Alucard and managing to find and pry Akasha out of him just to reseal Alucard once more and probably crash FT HQ to the ground. That's a 2 and 1/2 mile drop, that's gonna do some serious damage not only to the headquarters, but the ground that it lands on, and to Alucard with all that weight crushing down on it from the base's superstructure, not to mention that stone castle on top.
But whatever happens, it's gonna be epic, and the accountants of FT will be up in arms pulling their hair out because one little insurgence cost the company a vast portion of it's total assets.
