I didn't see your post before but I'll answer it:
The patch will require the original japanese game to work. Currently, patches for both the original and the full voice edition (due out this month) are planned and will most likely be released at the same time, unless there's some programming problems that need to be addressed (which I doubt, but you never know ).

man o man, a subtitled patch of the voiced version? That'd be awesome. Looking forward to it.

The only thing I am worried about is if in the full voice, they might have added a few extra scenes or changed a few areas.... not thta there is all that much more than they can do.. but who knows..

Two questions...I'm kinda new to this, but I thought I'd ask.

I have the voice version and I have seen 0.94

Spoiler for questions:

-Nagisa's name turns into 'Ã Í' quite often. Is this supposed to happen?

-When people are talking, their sentences are placed between a 'u' and a 'v'
(Exemple: Nagisa u Hello v )

Sounds like there's a problem with your Japanese character support. The first one is Nagisa's name in Japanese, because the game changes how it displays it based on the choices you make. The second are the Japanese quotation marks.

Uhm, does anyone know what I could do to change that then?

No. But i have other problems like it crashes, when playing Nagisa route 23 day.
(text doesn't appear and nothing happens when clicked)

Oh, you're playing on the wrong patch. Use the 0.94 patch. It still has the errors of some notes coming up and choppy lines, but it has the April 23rd bug fixed, and the illusionary world scenes are translated.

I was playing the game with the translation wiki as a reference the other day (basically I play a game day on my own, and then look up the translation to make sure I didn't miss anything). I found a minor error on the translation, so I went ahead and edited the translation on the wiki...

My question is: is it okay for me to do that? I don't want to step on anybody's toes^^;

This is what the wiki is for. As long as it sounds okay, I don't think it is a problem. If it is a mistake, any of the editors/translators will remove/correct your intervention anyway.

I was wondering, since i don't think there's a percentage thing on the site, how you guys are coming along with translating things such as the option menu, and some of the in-game scenes (such as right at the start of the game just after you meet Nagisa), ect.

Also, keep up the awsome work, looking forward to the official release

Menus have already been translated, and in-game CG text as well. Those haven't been released at this time.
