That is sad. Oh well, what can you do? Maybe the person was pressured too much. Seem like he was somewhat frustrated people kept asking for more Ougi Formula when he was working on something else.

I doubt it. I think Sodachi is a one-shot character. She also already had some images of her. It will probably be Ougi once again.

The sub is confusing too. Is it shinobu mail (letter) or mail (armor).

It could be either Arararagi's mail to kanbaru or Sodachi's mail. Or Ougi's untouchable presence?

As the Japanese has been using メール for mail (letter), I think it is possible that it refers to mail as in armor. So, from the preview, it seems like Nisio is going to brings up the event that happened during Oni-Neko Shiro, too. It got Kanbaru, Gaen and Shinobu after all.

Nisio loves to troll the intro for his novels in that it is not related at all on the main story. But yeah I hope this book covers that part. I'm dying to know what happened.

No answers on why Gaen is the cover.
He aims to finish Owari down by the end of this year.
