Yes, Director changed. Kawaguchi was dropped to Supervisor, being replaced by Koube.
I like how cute Kirino is, and how she always looks with a sharp eye to her brother. Sadly there were no voices but slightly questionable music... Spoiler:

I have to agree that it's not the best PV I've ever seen but it does enough to get me all giddy about this.
This is currently one of my favorite series cause the premise while at first I thought it would be something I've seen loads before it's not quite so. My most anticipated series this fall(along with TWGOK)

It's looking great though the lack of voice and the lack of interesting to show even though kirino itself is interesting and overwhelmingly cute Kuroneko is their to and Saori.
The last thing to be shown is the real deal heart of kirino |

Oh, that PV looks pretty good. I was kind of worried about how well the manga/novel character designs would translate over into anime. They've changed them slightly, but I think it's for the better. It works. My optimism about the fall season finds further justification!

First episode of the radio is out (http://www.oreimo-anime.com/radio/index.html)
The first 3 minutes were spoken in-character, when you're interested. They said recording for the anime hasn't started yet, so the voices might be a bit different later. |

First time I watched the PV, it was with sound off. I just listened to it now for the first time, and I guess I'm in the minority here...but I rather liked the music. If there's an accompanying vocal track, I hope it really rolls with the ska feel of the instrumentation.
*Imagines a dream world where the OreImo OST is done by Skapara*
