Im new too this forum so sorry any mistakes that are made..
Anyway, after watching the clannad afterstory episode with the gang fight where tomoya steps in and fights the gang leader. I really wanted something related to this type of thing. So maybe you guys could suggest one? It has too have Romance, slice of life. Can be a little comedy, not bothered if its a drama or not. Just nothing supernatural/fantasy etc..
School life kinda thing is okay too!
Also must be english dub..

It's kind of hard to find something that fits every single one, but I'll try to give you recommendations as best as I can.

Baccano! is an excellent one. It starts out confusing because it jumps around in time, but the plot and characters are worth it in the end. I'd say the English dub fits better than the original voices. There's a lot of blood, as a warning. The only supernatural things in the anime are the immortals. It does have romance and "slice of life" (which is a really vague term), but they're not the main focus.

Durarara!! is written by the same author as Baccano!. There's more supernatural things in this one (like the titular Dullahan) but it's not really overwhelming. This one has more "slice of life" and a school setting. I personally didn't like the English dub but maybe you'll find it decent.

Kamisama no Memochou has no supernatural or fantasy in it. I think it has nearly everything you want, except I'm not sure if it's dubbed yet. I actually really enjoyed this series and its story arcs were great.

Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakamatachi is another pretty good one. It's English dubbed, but I prefer the original voices.

You might like Angel Beats!. I still recommend the sub over dub on this one.

School Rumble might be somewhat up your alley. It doesn't focus on fighting or gang fighting per se, but it does happen semi-frequently in one form or another.

I tried School Rumble but it didn't seem to be my thing so I have put it on hold for now.
I have started Angel Beats a few days ago and I am on episode 8, really enjoying it at the moment.
But I will try and check out all of the recommendations when I have finished my current animes

Yeah they are pretty bad aren't they?

Sorry for that suggestion... it was the only anime I could think of with school fights/gangs
