Well, the aforementioned site lists volume 5 for sale, as well as some pages as preview, but it's not on Danbooru yet.

It's a different case in Taiwan, from what I've heard. They love Mikuru over there, and conversely, hate Yuki because, well, she's flat-chested.

I'm not too sure about the genderbending characters, but judging by the fact that they make doujins about her, I can say they're at least tolerant of her. After all she's hilarious
