It seems just a misguided fan guess based on the short summaries we got earlier. Anyway, it seems Shiryu will be voiced by Nobuyuki Hiyama, and Shunrey, by Junko Minagawa. |

I was expecting Ken Narita for Shiryu. I'm sure Hiyama will be fine, even if I'm more used to hearing voice hot blooded characters rather than a cripple guy who spends his time meditating. Junko Minagawa is also a surprising choice for a soft-spoken character like Shunrei.

REAL SS Omega spoilers from NewType magazine on episodes 20-23.
Spoiler:
From what I've heard, this show will have around 50 episodes. I'm not sure if that's true or not though so don't quote me. :P Last edited by queenSwild; 2012-08-09 at 11:40. |

I wonder who's this "old character"? The description is too vague. Also.. Spoiler:

Episode 23, huh? Haha, mid-season climax. Reminds me of Precure.
I don't have any real familiarity with the Saint Seiya franchise so for the past couple weeks I've actually started falling behind. While I initially decided to try out this season just for the art direction/Umakoshi factor to this point I haven't really been gripped by the story. Don't have any particular fondness for the characters either. But, well, with some fairly major plot development coming up I suppose I should stick around for a bit longer. Hopefully that will give this series another chance to impress me (back in ep. 11 or whenever, when Seiya came out and fought Mars, I sure wasn't feeling unengaged with this series). |

I guess had a sudden thought as to how this series might advance. You know how during the commercial break lead-ins or outs we see Kouga's cloth stone? We see one white and one dark. I sure everyone here have guessed that Kouga actually has the power to use both the light and dark element. You know what that could mean? It's possible that Kouga might wear the Gemini cloth in the future.
I also believe that Aria is secretly the Virgo Saint, it's just that she doesn't know it. It would explain why she has so much latent power. Virgo has always been called "the one closest to God". The whole "calling her Athena" would be a great foreshadow. |

Spoiler:
I believe that Aria is the Human Incarnation of Niké. Niké is the Goddess of Victory and companion of Athena; after Aioros took Saori away from the Sanctuary, she became the staff Saori wielded through her battles and Saga described it as the main reason Seiya and friends won all of their fights. This is Niké in staff form. Spoiler:
This is the entrance to Aria's room shown back in episode 10. Spoiler:
I would be very surprised if this was just a coincidence. It explains her powerful cosmo, and why her very presence makes Kouga win at impossible odds. Last edited by queenSwild; 2012-08-09 at 14:32. |

Did Kouga ever get to his temple yet? 5 towers on earth and 6 saints. It's not adding up unless Aria and Koga have the same tower.
