Didn't you like jerkass Shana?

Though I'm confused that he thinks Shana became more tsun as Shana II went along. From what I remember, I thought she lost most of her edge and became far more protective and nurturing towards Yuuji, and in general turned into a completely inoffensive person.

The interesting point of the serie was precisely how Shana learned humanity and actually stop being a jerkass.
It's required for the story, but the nice point was more about showing the actual disconnection between the pain of disappearance and the coldness of Shana, and showing that she does have some good in the bottom of her sould that just wait to be awakaned, than glorifying this coldness.

Yeah I always wait until Eclipse releases it. Unfortunately they have retired as of yesturday(?) and are no longer doing fansubs.
