After a rocky round 1, Saki make winning look easy in Round 2. I guess having weaker opponents helps. As I expected, Iori managed to take down Shinobu. She manages to win by more than I expected, though. I thought it would be a closer match.

Mahiru isn't going to be a pushover but Kobato should be strong enough to win. It would be cool if Lemon could do something here but she's just too weak. Toki gets to stomp on her competition in her Round 2 match. Her opponents are weaker than what she faced in Round 1. This is just another small step for her towards a collision with Akari.

A bit of a close match but Kobato manages to pull through. She's going to have a lot of trouble beating Saki but it'll probably be a good match. Toki stomps her opponents again. No time to waste here. Toki's focused two round ahead on her true rival.

Yuuki looks to be in solid shape to take the first match. She's one of the top characters from preliminary Group 1 and one of the stronger Saki characters. Her opponents are a bit on the weak side for Round 2 and shouldn't be able to keep up. Run is out of the running. The second match is Akari vs Azusa. Azusa let Sakurako get a bit close to her in Round 1. She wasn't in danger of losing but it doesn't look so good when she now has to face the strongest Yuru Yuri character fresh of a season finale. Akari looked good in preliminaries and look good in Round 1. It probably won't be an easy win but I have Akari winning.

As expected Yuuki didn't have any problems winning her match. Not as expected is Akari had even less trouble with Azusa! Azusa didn't even get close to beating Akari. We're one round closer to the hyped Toki vs Akari match.

Miki did well to even make it this far but Koromo is going to be even tougher to get past than Tomoka. Koromo is in the running to win the Block so knocking her off would be a good way to show that Idolm@ster can do more than just knock of midcarders. I wouldn't really bank on it happening. It might go down to the final hour but Koromo will win. Mei will just cruise into the Block semifinals. Neither of her opponents can really challenge her.
