I have some problem (screen at the bottom) when I don't use directvobsub in MPC (when I want to use the internal rendering sub engine).
I don't know where the problem is coming from, it's not the video, it's really MPC.

The problem: You can see line in the color. The line will flash (change it's intensity) when the image is moving.

I'm using mpc hc x64 1.5.2.3052 (I tried with the latest stable and in x86 and it still don't work).
The video work with vlc.

Look at the wall and at the hair.

Try disable MPC-HC's internal DXVA filter.

If you do that and it works, you might as well install and use ffdshow.

If it doesn't work, tell me what is listed in the 'Play-> Filters' menu in MPC-HC when you have the video open with and without DirectVobSub.

Well, i'm using a codec pack (that work well before I format and reinstall).
I bump into the problem when I was blocking directvobsub to unable dxva.
I can force ffdshow to run and so stop dxva, but the problem is still there.

I see that If I use something else than EVR output, it don't do the problem...

I have no idea where to look now, the problem come from EVR when directvobsub isn't in use.

Why are you using MPC Video Decoder even with DirectVobSub? In which of the above situations is the issue occurring in? Was ffdshow Video Decoder actually being listed in the menu when you had forced it to being used?

I don't really know what to say. I can see the same issue in all of the screenshots that you have posted so far...

I suppose you could try enable either of the 10-bit options in MPC-HC:
View-> Renderer-> Presentation.

Well of course the issue is on all the screen shots, I made them you people can see what the problem look like in the video.
Enabling 10-bit options do nothing.

I will try some other thing...

EDIT:
Well, I downgrade my GPU driver to the one I had before I format. Don't work.
I desinstall everything related to MPCHC and took mpc: hc alone to try. Still have the same problem.

EDIT AGAIN:
The problem appear even when I use the stock MPC http://mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/ with no configuration changed.
The only way to make the problem go away is by using something else than evr.

Ok, wow, ... I don't know that to say...

Ok, I just receive my new monitor (24 inch vs 20 inch) to dual screen. And now, the video are ok on the 2 monitor...
It's not the cable since I reinstall it completely yesterday to try it...

I have no idea where the problem was, but at least now it work.

The screenshots you provided looked no different than what I usually see when watching, so I'm guessing that your LCD panel had issues.

Do you see the line in the screen?

And no LCD panel issues, Now it work perfectly on my monitor.
I was able to reproduce the problem on my laptop too.

I was also able to correct the issues by changing the output (chose anything else than EVR).
