This second episode was a big step up from the first.

The first episode was enjoyable, don't get me wrong, but the flow in the second was really excellent. It moved with such ease; never a dull moment. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere throughout, with Tsumiki obviously being the center of attention.

And I thought there was no more moe to go. Tsukimi may be the moe-est character ever. I just adore the fact that tension be there none. No friends trying to get in the way. No rivals (yet). Just sugar-cute character design and animation, and moe-moe voice-acting from Ookubo Rumi.

RumiRumi is 22, but only started as a seiyuu in 2009. Her other major roles include Chinatsu in Yuruyuri, Cure Muse in Sweets Precure, and Hiiragi Kaho in Freezing. She is 150cm tall (4'11"):
