It's just what anime want viewers to see.

Taku is the LANCER class. In anime, this class has unusually low lucky points. He has to endure hard loss in sequence. As the team leader, she has to rebuild his character. Yes, the trio is back to where they used to be.

In the old days, they were just friends. They hang out together. It's what Chiyuri wanted. It maybe hard for Taku, but he has to accept it.

The episode itself is disappointing for me in regards to information. They remove the more explanation of the terminologies in the game in favor for the fight and the scene with Taku and KYH. Plus to much fast paced for me >.> but it's still feel great but some scenes doesn't feel right for me. Specially the talkative silver crow.

So, did anyone forget the episode already? I think I did I don't remember if they mentioned Karen's cup size, or what color pantsu Chi-chan was wearing, or why Butterfly girl didn't have a ponytail....

Little megane ferret was kinda cute. But then... I thought one doesn't need glasses since their linker works fine.... unless, this could be why Karen knows all because she see's all! The glasses are a fake!

Aqua Current sure helped Haru out with a bunch of new strategies.
This time seems like everyone was fighting with someone.
Taku was acting pretty rashly. Guess he was on his own guilt trip.
Silver Crow's fight was really nice to watch.
That Aqua girl sure has an interesting ability.

When Karen mentioned her story about how she had friends and a master long ago and something happened that made them all break up, I think she could be talking about Kuroyuki-hime's legion from way back. Just a hunch though.

Actually, Aqua Current told Haru to call her Current, Haru does not know her real name. Japanese are usually bad at pronouncing foreign words, Current sounded like Karen, since he did not pronounce the t at the end

She told Haru to call her Karen (カレン), not Current (カレント). That line is the same as a line in the LN Volume 10 page 54, I just re-checked this myself.

Although that seems quite plausible, it would also be that Karen was part of the former Red King's legion. I'm sure a lot of chaos ensues after that loss. It could also be that Karen's act of almost eliminating Haru as an indication of retribution for that event.

That seems somewhat unlikely to me. It didnt seem like she harboured any partcular malice so i dont think that she was pretnding to attack Haru as a means of revenge.

I must ask people to be careful when discussing previews; Even if they are a part of the episode per see. Do not use them as a "bridge" to start talking about things that have yet to be revealed.

For this seventh episode the dialogue sounded down to me.

Taku looked like he was just making a martyr of himself for betraying his friends, and still pushing around the issue.

Haru and Chiyu have already forgiven him, and moreso Haru who wished for nothing else to start all over again.

If anything that Kuroyukihime beat some sense onto Taku was to atone by opening to the endless world of possibilities that Brain Burst has to offer by enjoying them all with his friend.


BTW, good for Haru to get all those points back defeating the Sandy and Nicky doll, but Aqua Current sure gave me a little fright that Taku would have fought her for real.
Current's a nice girl, and I hope we can see more of her at later episodes.

Dunno if we will see more of current.

There are 3 additional characters in the opening. That is current, the little cousin or whoever she is which will show up next ep, and another tall girl.
Dunno how many eps this will have but we are still at ep 7 so there's few eps left. Yet I think we won't see current anymore at least now. She seemed to foreshadow a distant future return as she is more than likely related to KYH previous legion.

i was left wondering if BB gave the ability to erase memory to karen or if this is done via hacking the neruo linker since they were connected, and this is good, this is the kind of thing that intrigue me about a story, the episode was quite good, i like how the characters are developing both as burst linkers and as persons, and better yet there wasnt any chesy melodrama as in the first episodes.

Well the we still have time for that the series isn't anywhere near over yet after all.

Just to clarify, she did introduced herself as Aqua Karen-to (Current) in 00:43 but after that she tell Haru to just call her Karen in 00:49 (She doesn't pronounce -to in this line). It's like that in the LN too.
