Pretty sure Oga is going to just take Furuichi back to recover and announced to continue the fight else where. It doesn't make sense for a fight immediately. Takamiya's underlings are not all present and defeated yet. Oga is a different type of delinquent as he actually has brains towards his fights. He already learn to swallow his pride for training.

Takamiya seems to have better infinity for Demonic power and spell masters than Oga, the reason not fully concrete, but most likely due to Demons. Takamiya has a full grown and proven adult he once fought against the Demon Lord whose name most likely is Kaiser de Emperana Beelzebub III or is the first if Baby Beel has 2 more brothers. Baby Beel is a baby, Hilda mentioned that Demons grow in power by age. So by Demons, Takamiya got an advantage over Oga in that regard.

Oga most likely will start training after this, again stating he is smarter than other delinquents and knows where to pick his fights. Also Oga's friend are not there either.

If the villain got hyped to the sky in one chapter, 80% chances that he will get owned by the main character. I have the feeling that Oga will win this one just to spit on Saotome.
