It's funny how he never have normal every day life since before volume 1 even begin because of Aya > Nana wish to Aya > make him lost his first love and best friends at same time at worse possible time

Daiya, Haruaki and Kirino but the truth it was fake everyday life ( the three of them was hiding their real feeling > living fake life)

edit: I always find him disturbed how in game box MC will do nothing while Maria and Yuuri getting rape (yes he didn't know that truth about Yuuri yet)
just because if he kill the raper he will not able to live his every day life

he will never kill no matter what to protect his goal which was daily life > so what will happened if killing will protect his goal?

Daiya really make big mistake when he change MC goal from daily life to protecting Maria

Daiya really should do as O told him and just let Kazuki fall in love Kirino instead of make him choose Maria= happy ending

I guess you are quite confused with his motives through the story. He doesn't give a damn thing about the whole world, he just want Kirino to be happy.
And just what like another person said (I forgot your name, sorry), their true intentions were distorted due to the existence of the box.
And would you really think Daiya can really make Kirino and Kazuki fall in love with each other? Fundamentally, he knows Kirino the best, and they both knew they can't look for a new partner. (Since they tried, based from Kazuki and Kirino's conversation at Vol6)
Anyways that's my opinion on his train of thought.

About the second part, if you are referring to Daiya and Kirino, I guess that's really off, (1) Daiya and Kirino are not yet friends with Kazuki when they are dating. (2)They broke up before they met Kazuki. (3) Kokone never fell in love Kazuki, even when she tried.

Oh and yeah, about Kazuki's insanity levels, I think he was crazy from the start. You know, he and his tear fetish since middle school with his ambiguous relationship with Nana.
Also let's not forget his spine-chilling suggestion from Vol1:
"...you just need to kill all our classmates." (taken from Vol1)
And he didn't even mention that as a joke. Ahaha.

Usually, everyone excluding the box owners (Mogi, Maria) will retain their memories, so it shows that Kazuki is an "abnormal being", thus remembering parts of the past repetitions if he tried such as the "please wait until tomorrow" or Maria's name.

For your question 2, for now (at the end of vol. 1) you can just simply assume that "O" was satisfied with the time observing Kazuki's reactions towards this box, so she/he has become bored and plans to move onto the next box.

I just came apon this series, and heard it was good. I unfortunately do not have the time to read it, so if anyone minds giving a spoiler summary of the novels, I would really appreciate that. I did however see mentions of rape in this thread so, can anyone tell me if there is rape in this series? I don't do very well with rape, so I'd like to be warned beforehand.

As for me, I just finished ago and wow, that was one of the best LN I've read.

Contrary to you guys, I liked daiya, which made volume 6 all the more gut wrenching.
Yet, that's also what makes me Love it so. A novel that can inspire and bring out this feeling is truly excellent, even if this didn't go out the way I wanted, the story is just so good.

Heh, I even found some really good shipping materials. Damn, I hope and wish this becomes popular so I can read fanfics of the various couples.

Nothing confirmed until January/2015 which confirms the wait for more than 2 years since the last volume.

He started another series this year (where the mahou shoujos are the villains) and last time I've heard of him, he was getting addicted into Vocaloids... So yeah, who knows when this will end

I think he got obsessed with everyday life before Maria even get in picture, it started after Nana disappeared.
It's like how his friends say, he is here but not here at same time.

His obsessed just got change from destroying box to protect his everyday life to destroying box to protect Maria

(Don't forget how he didn't move a finger when Maria got rape every day because killing that trash and becoming murder will destroy his everyday life but the second he decided to protected Maria, he no longer give damn about becoming murder)
