Not at all! The characters have (more or less) been hammered out, but the entire story hasn't. First thing to look at post #1 to see what has been covered, and then pick some novel part that hasn't been covered yet to give ideas about.

About the video posted by Tanegowr: Mitsuuru not bishie enough, and thanks to the pic, let's keep the CC prez in that scene as is!

An idea about volume 2 Kyon/Haruhi scene in Tsuruya's house: Kyonko not only gets mad at Haruki, but also feels disappointment... something that she felt Haruki was turns out not to be...

I'll throw out a list then...?

Haruki sounds a bit odd, and I really wouldn't be able to tell if the person was male or female by this name (please don't smite me for my scarce knowledge of Japanese names). I've always thought it'd simply be Haru. The thought of Kyon-chan saying "Haru-kun" just makes me smile.

Tsuruya's name could be changed to Tsurugi. I've seen alot of fanart with him having short hair, but that just gets rid of one of Tsuruya's main points, ankle-length hair. Long samurai ponytail to accomodate the name would be nice. His fangs should also be more reminiscent to Inuyasha fangs when he smiles and whatnot.

Outfits that Mitsuru would wear, since we seem to be leaning towards making him a feminine male, outfits probably wouldn't change. Butler just doesn't seem to work into this universe, which should also lead to the genderbent males running the yakisoba shop intead of the genderbent females.

Haruki's fascination of otherworldly people. I think you all agreed that it should be that he wants a bride from that group. Even though Haruki isn't meant to be normal...that just sounds too abnormal, the bride part. Maybe he'd have an ambition to prove their existence or defeat one in a battle, so "...if so, please be my bride!" could change to "...if so, reveal yourselves cowards!".

Mmm, I don't think Haru is an actual name though. Again, names were decided a while back.

Nice change, but Tsuruya is the surname, and we agreed a while back to not change surnames. I agree with pretty much everything else though.

At least it shouldn't be too English/French butler. The maid outfit wasn't anything like an English/French maid, but the only thing you can get out of butler is the tie, vest, and swallow-tail coat that I mentioned as English/French butler. I'm not sure if those outfits would be very common in Japan.

"I forgot to reintegrate my glasses..."

"It's okay," Kyon says before averting her gaze to her left. "You actually look kinda cute without them..."

Yuuki stands up, "Hmm." He makes another pair of glasses appear on his face as he pushes them up with his finger. "I'd still prefer wearing them."

"W-Well fine then!" Kyon retorts as she crosses her arms and looks the other way with an annoyed face. Nagato notices her blush as she does this.

Not necessarily. Although Kyon-chan would be quite awesome in doing so.

@Kagedanji: Changing the glasses image is a complication to one of the plot points in volume 4. If we keep his glasses, we lose the distinction between normal Yuuki and alternate world Yuuki.
