ep 3 ~

gah lets all hope that all the boring talk is now over and that we can get into some action >.<
well kazuma goes to visit the head of the fire clan...ayano barges in and gets a proper telling off for attempting to charr kazuma XD well its revealed that the enemy wind guy is trying to use ren for a ritual which also clears kazuma's blood stained name...and thats the boring talk (tho it is important i just felt that it dragged on too much T_T)

neways the action begins near the end ~ as we see ayano and kazuma going to save ren and during that time ayano begins to think differently of kazuma ~ do i sense the beginning of a beautiful relationship?
they are attacked but kazuma was able to sense it and saves ayano (she blushes! )

and there ends a cliffhanger ending ~ from the preview we see the fight (hopefully it wont disappoint ...)
oh and theres this...

and thers more to kazuma than what meets the eye O.o he keeps having flashbacks of a girl...one which he couldnt save i assume (more later)

Just saw the raw for 3.. lot of talking(and since I only know a little japanese it was kinda hard to understand) but I thought this episode was necessary for plot progression and character depth(it also introduces that female cop

I believe she becomes Kazuma's Girlfriend

You get hints that Kazuma had a key person that was sacrificed in some weird magic ritual.. I get the feeling that she was the key to Kazuma's Wind powers. Oh and the episode preview for 4 has me all psyched out because it has that Enraiha girl kinda yelling out

Rough tranlation: "Kazuma!!?? No way!! Kazuma can not be a legendary Contractor!! Can he...?" Then of course they show a picture of Kazuma with blue eyes summoning a tornando. So Kazuma has actually been holding back his powers.. just soo kickass

Either way - You don't perform CPR in that manner (more like - it won't do any good )... but i guess that's an anime cliche

Well, recent findings show that mouth-to-mouth is completely useless and can actually hurt more than help, but you ain't gonna see it dropped from any media anytime soon.

Anyway, it wasn't actually CPR, but feeding her some kind of potion. So it's more of an RPG cliche than an anime cliche, I suppose.

If the anime continues to follow the novels, she does. Or at least, this is what the novels suggest. They never actually officially announced that they're going out. That's just what we assume from them both walking out of a Love Hotel together in novel volume 2. But you never know what kinds of twists can be hiding down the road.

I'm 100% sure it is the scene. Obviously, I can't say it for a fact since the episode hasn't aired yet, but I have no doubt it is.

Well, I've watched episode 3 and as Deathkillz said mainly some talk with a cliffhanger at the end. What got my attention in this episode are 2 things, first of all

it seems that enemy wind guy killed that girl Kazuma couldn't protect back then, but it's still too early to say. Another things to mention is how in next week's preview we see Kazuma regain his original blue eye color (they are red now due to the contract with the wind spirit I think) thus it could mean his contract gets broken. Now for the real spoiler: It seems Ren critically hurts Ayano next episode as he's brainwashed/being controlled, but she'll survive it anyways. We also see some dark creature with red-colored eyes and smoke coming out of his mouth battling with Ayano at this points of upcoming episode (probably last part) and it seemingly all ends with a kiss between Kazuma and Ayano

My opinion for this week's episode, and of course I'll drop by time-to-time to join the speculation/discussions here

I was just about to say too, about the color-changing thing... because if you'd notice, it's actually shown in the start in each and every episode... 'the blue eyes is the proof of the contractor'

and yes. he cannot wield fire, and thus Ayano defeated him so easily in their battle. and that's why he's called a 'munousha' (incompetent) by his family

If that's true, Kazumi is even more of a badass than I realized. Very very cool.
