this is more suited to a korean melodrama though...

its chances of being adapted to an anime is practically nil...

unless it gets very popular

I haven't heard of any manhwa being animated in Korea, but lots of popular drama are adapted from manhwa. Full House and Goong, just to name a few wildly popular ones.

in most western countries an older woman with a younger man will get some strange looks and comments, in most asian countries it is even more so, i can't speak for all of them but i know for a fact in china that for a man to be married, he needs to uasually have his own appartemt/house already paid for, he needs to have a pretty good sum of money usually around the equivilant of 10K$ US to give the brides family, and he needs to have some sort of job that is halfway decent to get the aproval of the girls parents. i would venture a guess that korea is not all that different in that men are expected to be older so that they can provide all of this to thier wives. it is pretty common to see girls around 24 or so with men that are well over 30. i understand that for some of you this may upset your moral apllecart because that doesn't fit with your view of the world, but that is how asian culture is and it is reflected in many of the manga and manwha out there. check out ai yori aoshi sometime for a look at the japanese side of this.

UxU is pretty decent... im not gonna say its the best or anything like that... the art's really nice and all

but plot wise... it just.... does... not... flow well... at all

granted its released bi-monthly and that can lead to some explanation... but not all of it...
am i the only one who thinks these last two chapters just kinda finish off without really FEELING like it?

if the end of 54 is supposed to be cliffhangerish then it failed because they just walk off together to go to the store to get beer... no reaction from either of them about "oh its just the two of us alone "doki doki"

and not to mention a few other chapters that just kinda end... and then when the next chapter rolls around theres this huge chunk of time thats been glossed over... prime example is after hae young injures her knee and jin ho picks her up and walks her up the flight of stairs.... end chapter... and next chapter is plop! right back at school... no analysis from either of the characters... no thoughts... no reactions... no development.... absolutely NOTHING... all we get is caroline saying she hae young was in a good mood...

im just really annoyed at this manhwa because the pacing is so off to me....

voicing a critique means i must hate the book huh? cuz i couldnt possibly find something wrong with it if i liked it....

i like the characters... i like the story... my annoyance stems from the execution in conveying the story...
