I enjoy playing this game with friends, but I don't play online. I should, since the playerbase is pretty scarce as it is...

Too bad, because this is a GREAT fighting game

There's just no unbalanced stuff.

1. If you want unbalance then try fighting the last character in score attack mode (and see her beat you in seconds whilst you can barely land a hit)
2. There's already a thread dedicated to the discussion of this game series

I play the game quite a bit online. The only thing I don't really like is the air blockable attacks. Outside of that, the game is great. Highly recommend anyone to download it if you like fighting games.

I should probably play this online more myself, downloaded it a while back and have barely played it. I prefer playing fighting games offline but neither my friends nor the local fighting scene want to play it because they hate anime and find it creepy.
