Hmm, so far this anime has caught my interest.
The first episode was entertaining enough to warrant watching further. I'm always a big fan of the magic meets technology theme. Animation wise, the art is pleasant on the eyes, the characters are some somewhat disproportioned but at least not ridiculously so to the put where the female has howitzer rounds as breast. What a way to open the first episode of this anime. A bunch of hot and lovely maids trying to catch a pervy hero, but ultimately get molested by said hero in the end. Sounds wrong, feels so right...

It has a fascinating premise, I grant it that. And your main Protagonist takes a leaf out of Jack Rakan's book, with his humiliation combat techniques- I wonder why anyone in their right mind will send females against him. Here's to hoping that he's more like Rakan, in manly awesomeness too!
It's too early to say whether they'd handle the School of Former Adventurers well, though- so, it's premature judging this in the first episode. Though if Earth is indeed the most technologically superior world out there.... |

well, since the first episode is out.
I can say that there were two crucial omissions. The first was the explanation of what really happened during the MC's test against the Council President. The second was the prophecy that was quickly skimmed over in the shadow about "Hero" and "Supreme King". Whenever a person is tested. A prophecy is written with three parts- the past, the present, and the future. The "Hero" part is referring to the MC's character's past in the other world at the beginning of the episode. The present and future wasn't really explained in the anime. The prophecy in the anime also left out the part that the MC can't use magic, which makes the MC the first person from an alternate world who is unable to use magic. Those are probably two of the most important events thus far and it was glossed over. |

The premise of this show seems very entertaining. It was like I was watching the last episode of some fantasy series, but in reality it was the beginning. Maybe the series will be like what happens to the hero after he returns home. It almost feels like a part 2 instead of a part one.
This series originally reminded me a lot of Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, except the main protagonist has no desire to be the "good" guy, as perverted as he is. Hopefully, this will head in the right direction and provide a lot of guilty pleasures.

That was surprisingly good start, with fairly unique premise. Main characters are well established and no pacing issues. I expect a lot typical harem shenanigans (man there are lot this season) looking at cast and the MC's perverted nature though. I like that he has an actual personality and is pretty likable so far. Only caveat so far is that not much of a narrative has been set yet
On a side note: What is it with every school in anime/LN/whatever having a Student Council President no matter how unorthodox or ridiculous it is? Not to mention the absurd power the wield over even the faculty staff (if they even exist sometimes). Quote:

Died or trapped or stayed by their own free will.
The previous world Akatsuki was on had two moons and had a princess name Listy?! For a minute there I thought this is some weird parallel universe to Queen's Blade. I find it funny Princess Listy is voiced by Rina Satou. Who voiced Misaka Mikoto hence the tsun. She also voiced Negi Springfield. |
