RD was saying that the spinning of the knuckle has nothing to do with the IS, not that the IS comes from the device.

It's both. Shari calls it an IS in the manga, but since we've also seen it affected by AMF, the most logical conclusion is that she has a magical and IS version.

WOW!

I'm looking at good quality scans(chinese) and seeing more awesome stuff xD. Victoria catches Shante's blades with her bare hands xD! She was surprised immediatly by Shante's clone behind her but damn! befor this Subaru is the only one doing successful blade catching(well, Nanoha do that one time but her hand bleeds) xD!

....oh and Lutecia is growing into a pretty fine lady xD

yeah, that's what makes her so impressive, when she boasted about her strenght as the descendant of the Thunder emperor it was pretty easily to take her as just a gloating Ojou. But then all of her claims turned out to be quite close to the truth xD

Really? It's been a really, really long time since I last read Naruto but IIRC Kagebunshin no Jutsu is always subjected to Conservation of Ninjutsu - if there's a hundred of clones then they'll lose, but if there's only a few there's a chance of victory.

Same here. The nun using dozens of clones turned into a weakness since she attacked simultaneously instead of using a few as bait before flanking a distracted Victoria, and in turn the latter just nuke the advancing army (Modern firepower, ladies and gentlemen, never underestimate it

)

Oh, and the head-smash? I can just see Victoria yelling "This is what you get for Trolling ME!"

And her halberd...I've waited years for someone to take over the weapon-type that Fate had abandoned. And that her clothes design doesn't look like a stripper (seriously, she's more modest than the nun?

)... oh I think I've found a new favorite Vivid character

The style thing we saw way back when, I think, is just different ways of using their magic, and not actual different systems. That said, Victoria is another Belkan royalty descendant. She was bound to use the Belkan magic system.

That Witch girl is the most likely one to show a new magic system, if anyone is.
