Good anime openings/endings dubbed in your language?

I'm a huge fan of Cardcaptor Sakura's french theme song

I don't know how many people have heard it but the French version of main theme from the movie, Kari-gurashi No Arriety is absolutely beautiful! I prefer it much over the Japanese version!

I actually prefer them to their Japanese equivalents, in all honesty. Also, while the following opening isn't an official release, I was extremely impressed by this fandub.

Haha, at first I thought it was a little annoying and not suitable for a samurai anime.

When I watched the show straight through on DVD, I really grew to like it. I didn't skip it even once! It's a shame Sandy didn't get to sing the second opening because I love that one even more and it suits her voice so much! She would've done great with it!

Count me in too! Heck, I prefer Yu Yu's dub, period. Justin Cook gives Yuusuke much more personality and wit and the others are outstanding as well. Kuwabara's sounds so dopey like he should-I love it!!

I loved the Sailor Moon German OP's. They weren't dubs exactly but a localized version. The first two were influenced by the popularity of Happy Hardcore at the time. Cult classics

I swear, the English version is more earwormy than the japanese version for me. Maybe because I grew up with them.

There's also another opening you can get by holding certain buttons on startup.

Anyway, here's "Ai no Tenshi" from Perfect Blue. Not an opening since it's a movie, but basically the theme song. I like the Japanese song, but this one is good too:

Well, the Korean Singer's primary job is to be a voice actress, not a singer, so that may partly be it.

It's the same artist, Cecile Corbel, a french harpist who composed the music and sang the final song in french and japanese. (and apparently also recorded it in english, german and italian, although it seems Disney picked a different song for NA release ?)

Story says she sent Ghibli a fan letter with a copy of her latest record just when they were looking for a composer for Arrietty. (and here I thought no one ever gave any attention to fan letters)

Yep, I know! I just found it unqiue that I prefer the French version over the Japanese one.
