Hey thanks for the tip on the gift for my friend. Just got the rei and asuka christmas statues. One of the anime stores in the mall had it. I might get the set for my self as well. I also so the older Christmas set of Rei and Asuka. Not as detailed but its somewhat ok. Just like what SoupForInsanity said, I'm not into the statues and figs that expose too much... well you know. Kind of hard to show people your room with figs displayed out like that.

Finally received my Asuka leg bust statue now I have both. Right now Im looking for the Escaflowne statue of Hitomi. Does anyone know where I can find this statue? I tried getting it on ebay but I lost at least 8 bids already on 8 seperate pieces of the Escaflowne statue, and I havent seen one pop up again since than.

I like getting the 100 dollar ones even though they cost more, but sometimes you could find good deals and get it half the price. Its just trading figures are too small for me to display them, and Its alot harder to get and find.

Hundred dollar figures? 0_o I've only seen them for resin models, to be honest. I usually go for the trading figures that go for 500 yen or so each. Basic potluck since you usually don't know what is in the box till you open it, though.

I do have a couple of resin models that cost over 10000 yen list, but they're more of an investment for down the line than anything else.

I'm envious of a lot of the collections here...I'm too poor to collect anymore. The only thing I've acquired recently is a crap load of the Pepsi Gundam figurines that a friend in Japan sent me. No Gundam in this thread so....

Next on my list for purchase when I can afford it:

Does anyone know if there are any Noir figures done? I would have thought there would be lots in this thread, but didn't see any,

The figures aren't showing ... maybe use imagehost.com?
Going to the links directly I must say i like the Royu Housen the most, but these aren't the kind of figurines you can put on the display without having all your visitors getting funny thought about you ...

Edit : problem solved, the pics are showing up correctly now.
