I do vaguely remember someone mentioning that the Official File 6 had lineart of someone in EF Uniform, I think Allelujah was mentioned there...

There is no lineart of the EF uniform in Official file 6. It only has some screenshots of ep 25. No new pics at all of the timeskip.

As good a pic as it is, I just can't see Allelujah being in the EF unless Soma wasn't around. Otherwise the risk of being discovered is too great. They only have to get near each other and his cover would be blown.

The pic came from 4chan. The chance of it being a shop is pretty high. Most likely pulled from a Japanese fansite though. Japanese fanartists are fairly creative when it comes to things like this, considering all the 00 Gundam linearts floating around. The details of Allelujah's hair on both the full body and the closeup on the face seem off.
