Speaking of updates, the 1.8 update for Skyrim's Creation Kit is out, so mods can be updated again, and with any luck Hearthfire functionality can be used in other mods.

Looks like mini Morrowind. Which is likely intentional.

In that case I'll have to do a bit of studying, starting with the map:

Yeah, on top of the Throat, I've been teased by that peak just beyond the eastern mountain range.

Makes me wonder if we can go poke bull-netches (and I noticed how they were in the trailer) with a fork again....

Bet the Wearable Lantern mod would come in handy there, wouldn't it?

Wearable Lamps are recommended; otherwise there's a mod where you can use a ring endowed with Khajit night vision enchantment and aura detection.

I'm trying the Real Climates mod ... its great, night time and caves suddenly take on serious creepiness. I got into a white-out storm.

Now if I could just figure out who put all those lit candles in all those dungeons. The Draugr must be serious incense candle freaks

Ok I downloaded wearable lanterns, now all i need is a forge.... Oh god, its a shame Khajiit night vision sucks ><
Plus this overhaul on the music adds in this freaky music for dungeons.

Got updated to 1.8.151.0... and while I've yet to put the new engine through its paces, I was quite astonished that the graphics engine was far more responsive and very fast than the last time, even as I turned on ENB with some of the features enabled.

I wouldn't be surprised if the serious work in trying to get DLCs to work on PS Skyrim would cause a lot of performance enhancements for the rest of us.

I mean, Bethesda said that they might, just might, be in the process of solving the issue. I hope they succeed. And if that makes PC gamers run Skyrim even faster, it is even better.
