My list is bigger than yours and I don't have the time to go through our lists to see which one you are missing and thus, I will just suggest some animes between January 2009 to May 2009 inclusive:

Katekyo hitman reborn!, it's not new but it's still ongoing (with the latest episodes being supreme)
umineko no naku koro ni because it shares the spirit of higurashi Kurokami typical shounen, depends on taste Pandora hearts mystery/supernatural, great plot Gintama also old but cracks me up I see you're missing Tsubasa chronicles from your list although you've seen holic, so I'll recommend that one as well as the Tokyo revelations and Shunraiki/Shunmuki OVAs. |
