Some people describe TOR as a co-op KotoR, and I agree with that comparison. In fact, it's one of the main reasons I'm looking forward to the game. For me, the story is enough. I've played many MMO's where leveling was a chore because it lacked what makes other RPG's great: Story. |

LOL ouch...
I'll be making a Sith Inquisitor, though I'm not sure what AC i'll be doing.. I'll have to putz around a bit and figure it out.I play a healer in 99% of the games I play so I'll probably end up doing that here too, but hey, we all have our niche, right?

I'm interested in every class except the smuggler. For some reason that class just... doesn't capture me.
I'll start out with an Imperial agent at launch since all Force classes will be rushed like no tomorrow, and after a couple of weeks I'll make a consular. An old geezer consular, mind you. |

I have to admit I have yet to find the same challenge in being DPS as I found being a tank or a healer.
Except that one time in Wailing Caverns where I was a frost mage and the entire party except me and the priest died, but then I was tanking again. |

*thinks back to Naxx* Nope, can't really recall DPS specifically being that much harder there either. Sure, there were the 'don't stand here, walk that way, kill that creature first' moments, but everyone had to worry about that.

Mreh, not much of an update this week.
There's a new comic out there, but unlike Threat of Peace and Blood of the Empire, this one isn't a webcomic. Seeing how it will take at least a week before it gets over the ocean in shops here in the wee Netherlands, it'll be a while before I can read it. A carrot-on-a-stick in regards to E3. Don't get me wrong, I look forward to the E3. But really, telling us "this is what we'll show you in a few days" isn't much of an update. Arguably the most interesting update is the revamped advanced class page, which gives us a sneak peak at the talents in TOR. Should have expected meager updates the last friday before E3, but still a bit meh. Oh well, back to anime. |
