Yeah, Vofan didn't draw any male character. All male chara designs are anime original.

Well. I can safely say that I'm starting to get very partial toward Shinobu and Hitagi. Tsubasa too as Nekomonogatari progresses! I like all the characters, pretty much, but these three stand out (maybe for obvious reasons).

A couple of recent pictures to illustrate.

I like Hitagi's new look. This particular picture has an aura of tranquility, which I think conveys Hitagi's peace of mind after coming to terms with her... "trauma", to simplify. I like what has happened to her in Nekomonogatari thusfar (21 chapters).

And then Shinobu. Oh damn. Reading Kizu and watching Nise has really raised her stocks in my eyes. Kizu when it comes to her personality/history and Nise when it comes to her demeanor, in general. And this is just one damn hot picture! All credit to the creator at pixiv.

Not for me. Even when I turn off my rage from not getting other, more deserving girls on the cover, that picture doesn't look good at all imo. Hitagi usually looks better than that :|
