My gif avatar wont move?

I rarely come to this site so I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but the avatar that I have right now is a moving gif and it became static once I made it become my avatar.
Are there any ways to making it move like it should? I have even resized it and tried multiple times as well.

The avatar in its original form: http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/7...deluggageo.gif

It's because max allowed size is 100kb.

You can use this, optimized it to under 100kb for you.

Hey, it works now. I have only paid attention to the picture size and not the picture file's size.
