You were using a link that pointed to the image's information page and not the image itself. Also, check your banner in the test page, because I think it is slightly too dark at the edges.

As suggested by Daniel E. I post my first banner. I would want your opinion on how I could improve it ^o^ So C&C will be very much appreciated

It's my first try at making banners btw xD...

It's work in progress, not my final entry

I did two versions and only will use one as my final entry (+ two other banners on different themes), as suggested again by Daniel, Btw thank you again, mister

I would pick the first one as the color match the bg more with that one. And I am not particaully fond of the left side of the first one, maybe you could make the second one blend more with bg. Anyhow that's my opinion, and to be honest its a very nice banner.

My attempt on the entry, picked Genshiken characters.

Any comments would be welcome .

Its a bit too busy IMO .. And god.. choose a different font .. Didnt match the banner at all

You need to use a host site like this one:

http://www.imagehost.org/

After uploading your banner, simply copy/paste the Forum Link on your post and you are done.

Rather than asking everyone else if it fits, maybe ask yourself "how does my banner fit the theme?" Everyone not using Kairin in the banner should be asking themselves this. If you can answer that question yourself, and know how you would explain it to someone else, you should have the answer to your first question . I see two characters; I know nothing about them, but I am willing to assume they are friends/partners of some sort.

You still need to fix the first one like KiNA said
if not the left and the right edge would be cut off, here's an example.
