true, since description in Light Novel give impression that Misuzu and Mikoto look a like each other (I think it's when Mikoto and Misuzu meet Kuroko while buy something) and attracting attention from their surrounding, and Full Tuning is Mikoto clone, so it's normal people think that Full Tuning have same appearance as Misuzu.

Hope some one make more complete Misaka family pic, contain Misuzu, Full Tuning, Worst, Mikoto, Imouto, and Last Order

Errr...may be because Misuzu is single parent's

Novel didn't mentioned about him (at least till the recent translation) so people tend to forget him. Or may he just a Sperm Bank (like Urumi's Great Teacher Onizuka Father)

Misaka Mikoto's father, so far has only appeared in volume SS2. His job is 'finding the flaws in the world and then correct it. In SS2 he is involved in the case to do with 'gemstones', looking into information about them. Has contacts all over the globe as shown when he received reports of 'girls that looks exactly like his daughter appearing simultaneously in 50 places around the world', in addition to the plans by various other governments and agencies not affiliated to Academy City attempting to capture all of the gemstones.
He also has access to Aleister, shown when he called to confront Aleister's actions, and warned if Aleister tries to use his wife or daughter he would not forgive Aleister.

Her dad has been mentioned since volume 9, he wasn't able to come for his daughter's sport festival. Though I heard he only appear Later in the ss vol.
