Niwa is obviously a nadeshiko, but she has her perks like her ranking system, and for once its not a katana user, she's a naginata user.

I quite enjoy Niwa as well, she is mostly pleasant to read about. Though that may changed if you get on her bad side like Nagamasa did in vol 2.

Well I got bored a bit and translated roughly 20% of chapter 1. Historical series aren't good in terms of Japanese. I'll continue on till the end of chapter 1 and if I find it good, will translate volume 1 completely.

Yoshiharu who appeared suddenly in the middle of the battlefield wearing school clothes is wrongly guessed as “A new enemy” by both foot soldiers of both sides and spears are thrusted towards him.

“Oh. Woah. Wai. Wait. I said wait!”

Lightly , lightly, quickly, quickly.

From the west, from the east, while avoiding the thrusts from the long spears, Yoshiharu ran towards the thick woods.

Yoshiharu has another name name of “Ball avoider” in the dodgeball class, and is good at running away.

Height, weight, athletic ability are ordinary but only the ability to dodge the balls thrown at him was different from normal people since way back.

By the way, he’s good at avoiding the balls that come flying at him but, he’s bad at hitting the ball on his opponent so he hasn’t been invited to the dodgeball club.

“Restless bastard, I’ll make you dengaku on sticks! (T/N: Tofu etc. are grilled on skewers on flame and served with miso, pretty tasty)

I only have my memory till the way home from school but, probably after that, I returned to my room and while playing the Warring States game “Lord Oda Nobunaga’s ambition”, I must have slept mid way.

That’s why I am probably viewing this Warring States place in my dream.

However, different from “Lord Oda Nobunaga’s ambition”, you cannot do the super certain kill technique of making small fry foot soldiers fly away in this dream .

Same as the dodgeball of reality, I can only continue to lightly avoid the attacks of the enemies, huh.

What a real dream, is what Yoshiharu thought.

“A bit more and I can hide within the woods!”

He was naïve.

Since the archers were clad in armor and helmets, they couldn’t catch up to the light bodied Yoshiharu.

“That’s why I said I am not an enemy! I am a normal citizen!”

If I pass through this river, he should be able to get away from the battle field-----.

The big raccoon who would one day consolidate Japan, the super famous scheming commander.

However, the one calling himself as Matsudaira Motoyasu in this era was still supposed to be working as an errand boy for Imagawa Yoshimoto.

Now that you mention it, this child somewhat looks like a little raccoon……

Yw~ Well it's not a matter of liking it, I love the series. But more of a problem if I can get used to all these historical terms and warfare terms since that's going to be a pain in the ass in translating.
But since it's not going to be that much of a part, I think I could continue it...hopefully.
