Of course not, but if EP1's manga and game are overlapped, according to Ryukishi there are some lines that will differ a little bit in the manga. That's what I'm asking for

I don't remember anything actually drifting... I read the manga a while ago but I think it was pretty fateful to the VN... other than some cuts, but what I'm saying is that, from what I remember *which isn't a lot - seriously I just keep forgetting about things T_T* the manga never really drifted away from the game...

I had just edited my message. I don't think the facts/scenes would drift. In fact, the few chapters I read (0-3) were pretty faithful. What I meant is that there must be some line, some phrase, that contains some detail not mentioned in EP1's VN.

I guess tea party is not considered to be in episode. It should pop up later as tea party chapter, not one of the Legend of the Golden witch.

@ Umineko Manga Chapter 21

Ooooo!

Despite the lack of the tea party, this final chapter was wonderfully done. I really liked the the inclusion of the game record. Fingers crossed that the anime can reflect the intensity felt in this chapter! I'm also kinda holding out for a bonus chapter or two for the tea party.

100% agree the chapter was amazing i really like battler's fury face and the inclucion of the game epilogue really wonderfull but..... i want my tea parties =(

I'm really confused. is chapter 21 really the end? What about all the other witches and other chicks? I've never played any of the games, so I really depend on the manga.

it's the end of Episode 1, or the first arc whatever you want to call it... there are 4 Episodes already released, so you just have to wait untill they're all released as manga. Episode 2 is already being translated with the 1st chapter already released by SoloBeans.

Hmm, so no one has posted this yet huh?

For those who have yet to know, there is a confirmation on who is going to make the adaptation for EP3 manga: Natsumi Kei, aka EP1's mangaka.

My reaction is as much as what my fujoshi side could be when I found a game to my liking and/or have my favourite seiyuus in one drama CD. -waffs on Natsumi-sensei skill creating gore scenes and badass expression-
