Hmm maybe that is just the problem of the orginal render since the original one was really light already @___@ I'll try it when I get home tho (at school rt now)

Ahhh, so her shirt inside is inherently white. I always thought that her shirt inside had vertical lines so I was expecting to see those. ^^
Anyway, how about try playing around with brightness contrast? Also, just noticed that the edges of her wings are clipped. I think you should also try completing those, as in manually re-drawing the clipped part.

Anyways my newest attempt at a banner, doing simpler stuff now

The outer borders of her hair blend too much into the background imo. Maybe you can choose a blending that is only about one pixel wide.

Finally dropping the Ayu banner is a good decission I think. You would have been working another 12 days on it, and people would still complain

Let me wish you much success for your new project (the sources seem to be far more promising ).

I too think it was good u dropped the Ayu one. I think the pic was just not right. The latest one seems much better..a few more alterations and u r there
