Can't belive they actually killed a pregnant girl.

Not a realistic ending, but sure is a gory one.

no seriously, even with the black blood, it was very gruesome, so i can imagine what would happen without the censor.

you want to see the expected punishement for makoto? see the death of the bastard in image.

I don't think we should've been surprised though as that's what the whole show has been about.

Killing Makoto was one thing. Killing Sekai and driving Kotohona insane I believe was a little over the top. Especially with a pregnant girl. Honestly I don't think that was necessary. Killing Makoto was more than enough and they should've stopped right there.

I think it is just plain funny. I gave up on a realistic ending, and expected makato's death, but to find out Sekai dies as well...lol. I can just imagine the turmoil this thread will have in several hours. All the Sekai lovers are gonna be piiiiissssseeedd.

That's pretty much what I think as well...so was Sekai indeed pregnant after all?

Makoto's death was necessary, but maybe they could have scaled the other things back a bit...

Although I haven't seen the episode yet, Sekai would've made a stronger case against Makoto if she gave him solid evidence to show that she was truly pregnant rather than just verbally.

Did Makoto seem remorseful at all during this episode?

What took place during the confrontation Sekai had with Makoto and Katsura?

Where did Sekai kill him and was Makoto able to say anything to her while dying (I doubt it would've been anything like the game ending since here he knows that Sekai's pregnant with his child)? Afterwards did she realize what she did or does she go insane?

When Katsura confronts Sekai does she try to defend herself or just allows Katsura to kill her?

Do any of the other characters appear this ep, before or after the blood fest?

Sekai kills Makoto, and easily jumps to the top as best character in this series. Not that there was much competition. Geez, Kotohona takes sick to a new level cutting up a pregnant girl maybe she deserves a spot on Higurashi. It's also weird to take a look back at the beginning and see what they have become in just a short while.

Makoto's too much of a pussy, he may be a pimp but he's not pimp enough. If he showed love to both Sekai and Kotonoha (perhaps at same time), the anime might turn out differently (considering both girls need him badly)

so wut does the current ending tell us?
