AWWWW YEAH!!!!!!
As long as the animation is good and the action and feats Bayonetta pulls off are as over the top as it is in the game, this will be a winner for me. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be as lackluster as the DMC anime. And it would be nice if this could eventually get dubbed in english using Bayonetta's original voice over. |

The art style reminds me of Madhouse a la Hellsing rather than Gonzo...
Still, since not many people have much faith in Gonzo nowadays, hopefully this film will turn things around and bring the studio back to the anime powerhouse it once was. |

Still interested in seeing this. Gonzo needs a break. They may have been rather quirky but I always enjoyed their older shows. Btw how close is current Gonzo to old Gonzo? Anyone stayed behind or have all the important names moved on?

Gonzo adaptations were kind of bad (mostly because of the original endings). They were at their best when they did really experimental stuff. Of course, they're terrible with budgets too so you end up with some really strong first and last episodes but QUALITY in the middle of the series. Think they're better suited to doing 1 cour shows.

Yep, gonna be Baaaad XD they are gonna milk the fanservice off the charts. the game will seem tame. Also the game didn't do so well as to earn a movie. Hope they are ready for a bunch of pirating.
