North Korea May Take Action to Jolt Economy, Analysts Say
I wonder if this is a sign of change. Their recent desire to talk to Japan did surprised me a bit as well. I doubt something good will come out of this, but I could still hope for it.

Yeah, a lot of people mistake Shakespeare's plays for history... he always went for creative drama over facts.

Seriously, it appears that stubbornly TEPCO doesn't want to be bought out by someone else, put under government control, or even a joint venture to revive its flagging fortunes. :|
