Not really. Up until the Brigade was formed, the only places she ever went were school and her home, so it really wasn't all that efficient to be changing outfits. She just kept the habit afterwords. Besides, it's part of her charm

I know, but it raise questions(DIRTY questions) and Yuki doesn't deserve this.

Presumably for shopping as well, unless she just materializes all of her food and other consumables through data manipulation, which has never been implied in the series. I'd expect that the data manipulation required to give her sufficient money (just make fake records on the bank computers of deposits into her account) would be much simpler and less conspicuous than Yuki constructing everything that she uses.

In the first novel, after Haruhi and Kyon "investigate" the disappearance of Ryoko Asakura, they run into Yuki coming back from getting food at a convenience store.

While I could easily point out that this is technically after the SOS Brigade was formed, it does prove the point that Nagato leaves her home for reasons other than school or Brigade activities.
