Somebody forgot Stiyl. I have seen somebody use Stiyl. He's pretty much like Tsuchimikado when setting up his runes. He's not that special except for his fire attacks, but just wait until he unleashes hell with Innocentius.

Saten is one of those hidden breasts witches- there's a very big visual difference when she's in causal or school uniform and when she's in bikini or nothing.

I think JCStaff wanted to break the flat+flat+flat+flat combo and please a bigger fanbase.
The most amusing thing is that her boobs change size depending on situation and angle, so ultimately everyone is satisfied.
The angle is mostly visible in the beach episode where her boobs change nearly in every scene.

BUT I believe it's the breast upper fault.
She naturally researched that rumor, actually managed to find it and used it.
Now she is blessed/cursed with boobs that change size depending on situation..

- small boobs when doing casual stuff, so they won't get in the way
- bigger boobs when she want's to show off in front of her friends (beach) or in front of herself (bath)

If we translate those numbers, while Saten is no meronpan, she's still a sizable upper B/lower C cup. Furthermore, the shower scene is viewed upwards from below, which makes the breasts look bigger than usual.

It's really in line with my theory that animations tend to have more realistic body proportions than their original art when actual numbers are revealed.

In Mikoto's case, she's lower B/upper A cup. what seems like small differences (1 cm) actually translates into large changes in cup sizes. This, combined with Mikoto being taller, adds to the overall view of her being a pettanko.
