If possible, could you make 3 versions of it? One with the whole thing, 1 without the "II," and one without the background picture if possible. If not just the whole thing is good.

It might turn out to be some very weird pic but..yea. xD

24x24 pixels? Did you mean 240x240? I'm happy to help but I'm confused.

Edit: Another question: Do you want that background color to use later for transparency or as the background itself? There's a lot of edge blending so it will wind up looking jagged if I replace the background color. If you want that to be the final color I could blur the edges to reduce that, but that won't work if it's for transparency.
