Nah, that's actually the new Sword of Doom (Sword of Doom II). It's a much more upbeat song compared to the original to reflect Noel being in control of Mu now.

upgraded Sword of Doom with upgraded vocals sounds fantastic.

Yep, I love the new SoD's intro.

BTW, does anyone know when the OST typically releases?

Looks like anyone who was hoping to see more videos may have to wait awhile since Jourdal's channel is gone.

There goes nearly all the videos in this thread. =/

I think it was because of the rips of the new songs

It was definitely this. The rips he uploaded were showing up as the top "related videos" on ASW's own BBCP videos, no way they were unnoticed by ASW.

Losing 5000 videos is still a bummer though...

I found this article interesting. Link to the actual article should be on the page.

Personally agree that combos are getting to long, CS is a step in the right direction though...

Fixed.

CS and all versions of it had combos just as long, or if not, the hitstun and hitstop was so large that it "slowed" down the combos, making them to appear longer than they actually are. The issue is present in CT as well.

As for the article, I'm not really sure I agree that's the trend. Sure, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Dead or Alive 5, and (Ultimate) Marvel vs Capcom 3 all have long combos, but there are also games with shorter combos like Street Fighter 4, Persona 4 Arena, and Soul Calibur V. I don't know why these games weren't mentioned at all. Is it the publicity?

Oh obviously meant CP but yeah.

And SFIV is like 4 years old and counting, MVC3 and SFxTK definitely went away from the shorter combos....

Even then, only a few Dead or Alive 5 characters can pull off long combos. Even then they're pretty difficult and rare.

As far as I've seen, only 2D fighters are notable for particularly long combos. Like CP.

They are trying to shorten the combo, though. And CP is nowhere near as long as those Skull Girls or UNIB.
