Yeah, it certainly is not as dark as it was before. I'm going to be annoyed if Lelouch has to start from scratch with Geass.

What do you mean start from scratch. The Geass's powers has always been the same it's never changed. The only thing that ever happened was the Geass becoming permanent, but it's a good thing if it reverts to non-permanent.

C.C. said the power of it grows every time it was used. It was mentioned that Lelouch's Geass going permanent was going to be a trial for him, like whether or not he can overcome it like he said he would.

That shot as the end of 23 where he is smiling always looked very bizarre to me with his Geass being permanent.

For the most part is growing redder.

That last shot of Lelouch and his Geass Eye in Episode 25 makes me look over the fact that his Geass Eye... doesn't seem to be following the narrowing of his right eye. He's contorting his face to look like that evil, diabolical expression, and, his right eye looks smaller in comparison to his left. Hm.

That's what it was! Come to think of it, did we ever see him close his left eye after the Geass went permanent? Maybe he can't close his left eye anymore? I don't recall ever seeing Mao blink either, though he had glasses on most of the time.

We would expect all the magazines next month to have more new images, right? Considering how big this show is I would expect more images and info.

Perhaps not. When watching Episode 22, and when Lelouch was making his speech about how there can only be one Messiah/Savior before being interrupted by a pain in his eye. I was kind of intrigued by how... angrier he seemed to be when the scene panned back to him and Euphemia (from the Suzaku and C.C. scene) tried to help him back up and how he violently rejected her offer before shouting wildly at her until revealing his momentarily glowing eye.

Just noting of it. I mean, he seemed mild-mannered when speaking to Euphemia before feeling that pain in his eye, and, all of a sudden, he becomes more agitated simply because she asked him what was wrong. Suspicion!

Given the situation, I think I'd be very irritated myself if a huge part of my plan was being interrupted by what looked like a large amount of pain. Sometimes, one can become very irritable when in pain.

Or it could be that the Geass makes one desire to shun contact with others, thus making that whole thing about it making one lonely a lot more direct. It might even explain some of C.C.'s behavior if that was the case.

We should probably take any further discussion on this to the spoiler thread since this last page has been practically all speculation and discussion.
