SBM allows international votes too. Much like the Seiyuu Awards. (Vote for Hocchan or Santa will murder you!)

Just because it has "International" in the name does not mean it's more important.

Basically, SBM is the Korean contest, while ISML is the Japanese one. Only difference. (I think...)

ISML is based in Vietnam, last I checked.
