probably lolicons...on another note the beauty standard in Japan seems to be a cute face so some if not all don't care about the butt or chest size.

School swimsuits are popular because they are tight enough that they draw attention to what's underneath and make the guy imagine it without straight up revealing it. I'm not really a fan but the fetish really has nothing to do with lolicons.

So...Luxeria is evil country it seems.

Did not like their princess originally. And now they were unable to bring heroes properly without problems to others. Or maybe it was their original plot?

they (the princess) wants to her country be on the same stage as the other super power countries thus they did the hero summoning . . . and to maintain that position, of course they have to do certain deeds regardless them being good or bad for their neighbors
