Oh good lord! RPG-Fantasy Nagisa! I feel like I can spend over a hundred of hours in any RPG which features Nagisa in it. I don't know what character class she would be, but I suppose that cute outfit is just uniform to any class she plays.

I don't want to go off-topic much, but if this image exists, then isn't there definitely an existing dojinshi RPG game featuring the Clannad girls? I am talking about the unofficial PC games that come out featuring our beloved anime/manga characters.

Tomoya would definitely be a multiclassed Fighter/Bard, having picked up Bard after his "accident".

Sunohara = Barbarian, no arguments here =D

Ryou would be the cleric type. No sure what deity but one of the neutral/lawful good types that avoids fighting.

EDIT: And on 2nd thought, wouldn't Tomoyo be more of a Monk than a Fighter?

Is Ryou really needed? She's not exactly a main character, especially in the anime...

And yeah, Tomoyo is totally a monk.

Wouldn't Kyou be a hunter or something. (She got a pet and used ranged attacks (books) effectively). Or some sort of mult-class warrior/summoner or warrior/ranger to compliment her sister. They would tend to fight together in battle I would think.

And we need images of these ideas.
