Mai is dead

Arika is in the sequel and there is a weird mix of Otome and Hime characters and there is a new main character where her first picture involves handcuffs (ok thats not so bad). Its like looking at the sun but i cant look away why Sunrise oh why god would you take

It came from a blog entry, the link was hidden in a spoiler tag on page 1 so maybe that's why. Here it is! There's no proof so we can just take it as a rumor for now.

That's why I keep asking people how they know she's dead. If it's a Mai series, Mai's in it.

You've got a good point. Even the mai-otome manga had at least two mai's in it. Even though one was dead befor the story and the other was a dark version they were mai's none the less

For some reason, it seems like the original characters, minus Nao and Yukino, have powers that are suited for combat. Not liking that much.

In general, yes, but Nao didn't lift a statue in the air and cause it to turn into dust. Maybe I'm just not giving it enough time.

Well now, I have read Mai-HiME Destiny until chapter 3 and I already love it. <3
I'm really looking forward to the next chapters. Also, I hope I'll get to hear the drama CD (although I won't be able to understand very much ).
