By the time the series is over, the guy's house is going to become renovated into a mansion just to accomodate all those monster girls.

Well the girls thus far have come very close to killing him on more than one occasion. Whether its playful touching to even waking up after sleeping. It becomes dangerous of the new moon as well, mating day (sounds good, but when you got all the monster girls after you well you make think otherwise).

Still, how in the world does he feed all these girls and their daily activities, does the government provide financial assistance as well? I thought it was only the house renovations.

And I kinda figured the government would be paying for their basic needs...it would be kinda unfair for him to pay it all himself. Especially considering he's not some rich dude with a trust-found.

I think a Kitsune would be a great female to add in, it would break the formula of all the girls having nothing resembling human legs. Plus I got a soft side for foxes, don't know why.

I do only when they make sense and the author makes a good job developing them. If there are just for show, then what is the point.

Doesn't that explain why people want more girls to join in?

It's because of the lack of manga like this that people want more girls, because where else (outside of hentai) are they going to see more Monster Girls in manga? The best we've had that could be considered monster girls are the usual cat/dog girls with just ears and tails...or angels and demons or even if they have a monster side, they can somehow turn into humans for most the time.
In normal harem manga, yes...one needs to be careful not to add too many girls but in this one I think the author can get away with a few more if he can handle it (and he has been handling it quite nicely).
