you can't really trust the anime team even with it being alternate time line.
amagai arc was supposed to be the same and we still ended up getting seppuku soccer later on..

The soccer episode was presumably still on the Amagai arc's timeline.

Recaps, flashbacks, pseudo-fillers... The anime team will stop at nothing to stretch as much as possible

I would better watch filler instead of stupid recap. At least some new scenes can be seen.

But then again I don't really care about Bleach anymore... all I need are several scenes so I could continue some editing.

fair enough, there's been a 10month break from the original story

ppl tend to forget stuff(my friend asked me why Izzy is bald after the Grey's Anatomy season break

There's no other option. The canon arc we're going back to is still not over in the manga.

Neshru's right, it's not the studio's fault. Blame Kubo for making around one-tenth of an episode in every chapter...

i'm gonna miss some of the beast sword arc - some episodes were quite funny (zabimaru and senbonzakura in the rd buiding was quite funny)

if they want to make more filler, at least make it funny. like the karakura town defenders funny. and not serious. because it sucks when it's serious.

...I'd almost prefer it if the studio took a damn break from the series and come back like next year.

Nah, I don't want them to take a break now. The manga is so far ahead now that we should be safe, maybe even until the current plot concludes. There's only a couple of months left until it ends in the manga, and the anime won't even get close by then.
