To me the heart functions as what it literally means; meaning is serves as the "heart" to all innocence; all the other innocence would serve as like the other human body parts or etc...Like if ever the heart is destroyed; then it's game over for the exorcist. But I don't think just cause it's called the "heart" innocence; it's automatically the strongest one out there. Allen and the General Cross' innocence are far more better in a battle; just like Lavis "AoE" type spells. But of course like I said; We don't know yet what the heart can do. |

Considering how all Noahs have their 'white' and 'black' side of their personalities, that would make the crackfest idea of dark Allen feasible. Not even going into their 'true' awaken selves as demonstrated by Tyki.

Earl and the Noahs want to destroy innocence, so I don't think they want to bring the heart to their side. More like their goal is to find it and destroy it, therefore completing their task. And I would like to seee Allen so evil for a bit. I always had a feeling he would/might, since he has a dark side to him. |

At that time I believed several of you had doubts whether the manga would reach or not the 150th chapter at the time of its ending. But, right here I saw the sneak scans that naruto89 kindly contributed to the thread, and those were the scans for chapter 150 of the manga. This week the 150th issue has been serialized, and still the story keeps going on without ever giving signs of concluding soon. Therefore, wherever you are, Majek, I can give you my prediction for the manga. D.Gray-man manga will surpass the 200th chapter mark and still continue. Long-running, shounen titles that are serialized weekly have a high percentage to break the 150th chapters mark. Long-running, shounen titles that are serialized monthly have from scarce to no percentage, if have any at all, to break the 150th chapters mark. Honestly, I don't think Claymore manga will be able to reach 150 chapters once the last issue of the story comes. <Return to topic> |

Well, for monthly series, to reach 150 chapters is to mean that you've been around for 150/12 = more than 12 years, and that is if you don't take extended breaks.
D.Gray may NOT hit 200 chapters if it goes the way of Shaman King, i.e. if the editors decide that it is not popular enough to remain on the roster. That's the danger we D.Gray fans are facing. |

IMO, DGM is more than popular enough to do MOAR than just break the 200 chapter mark On a side note: Spoiler for Komui:

D.Gray has always been a poor cousin to the three SJ "stars" at the moment (One Piece, Naruto, Bleach). Also, there was a time where Hoshino-sensei was away for quite a while, sparking rumours and speculation.
Oh, and SJ editors can, will and do cut off ANY series that is not popular on the polls. |

Yeah, this time, I really need to read the english scans to understand what they were saying about Louvelier's family... And why he seems to has such hate for Hevlaska...
