No, that's not Gindama (which is only a manga AFAIK) that's Busou Renkin.

EDIT: Whoops, he beat me to it. There's a pic of a page from Gindama somewhere on the Shounen Jump page (http://www.s-manga.net/boys/index.html) but I don't know how to put pictures in here.

Hmm...Gedoo. I know it was originally a one-shot by Okano Takeshi. I guess they're making it into a series, huh. Looks a bit dumb, but it might be worth it. Also Gintama's days in Shounen Jump are almost over.
