Anime about working people

I'm looking for an anime about (preferably) adult people doing their job. The main focus of the series should be everyday life in a working environment. Good examples will be:

Hataraki Man
Ryoko's Case Files
Aria the Animation and its sequels (not only work-oriented, but overall is one of my favourite series)
You Are Under Arrest!

There are three topics - sport, music and politics - I'm not interested in. Everything else would be fine.

Also, there should be minimum to no ecchi. I'm fine with well explained nudity or adult themes, but I hate panty shots and huge busts.

My anime list is in the sig. Thanks in advance!

I'll second Working!!.

And maybe Spice and Wolf, though he is a traveling merchant, so the "work environment" isn't constant.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll check them when I get home.

I've seen Hataraki Man (even mentioned it as an example), Working and few episodes of Ristorante Paradiso, and I have plans for watching Bartender.

Don't let the rather slow episode one put you off the show. The next episode is one of my favorites in all of the anime I've watched. If you like the show, there's also a live-action version, though it has a much more romantic plot concerning Ryuu and Miwa than the anime version does.

If you're not opposed to shows set in historical periods, Saiunkoku Monogatari has a lot of episodes devoted to statecraft. Not the same as working for a Tokyo magazine, but still working nonetheless.

Some episodes of Usagi Drop concern the problems of being a single-father in a society where a slavish commitment to the workplace is the norm. Another recent show, Ikoku Meiro no Croisee, is set in a late 19th century Parisian ironmonger's shop. The workplace is more setting than focus, though. REC has a number of episodes about the heroine's efforts to become a seiyuu.

I'll sorta of second those, I was considering suggesting them, but not sure had enough focus on work aspect.

The first thing came to my mind is Himitsu - Top Secret (The Revelation). It's about the investigators of the brain section in Police Department. You might want to try Ray the Animation too. About a surgeon with see-through eyes. Both have science-fiction theme.

Witch Hunter Robin is also a good one but it has this strong supernatural theme. You can say that they're special cops who hunt other criminals with supernatural abilities (witches).

They are all serious anime. If you want a light-hearted one, try Soredemo Machi wa Mawatte Iru. It's a story about some people in a peculiar maid cafe.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I decided to try these first:

Bartender
Planetes
Ikoku Meiro no Croisee
Himitsu - Top Secret

I'll get back to this topic after watching them to pick something else. So if there are other series about working people, please, post them.
